Windows are a mechanic that can be found in maps. They provide entry to a room for both Survivors and the Beast. To use a window, the player must jump through it. On certain maps, the Beast can climb on the frame of windows or other map parts to bypass their jump cool-down. The Beast used to be able to use the Runner ability to skip the jump cooldown while jumping through a Window. This was a patched at a later date.
