Dr. Reagan Ridley is the main protagonist of Inside Job. She is an inventor, the head roboticist, former team leader, and current Chief Executive Officer at Cognito Inc. She is the best friend and boss of Brett Hand. She is the daughter of the company's former CEO, Rand Ridley. She is voiced by Lizzy Caplan. Reagan is a mixed-race woman (half-Japanese from her mother, half-Caucasian from her father), with a slim build. Her hair is short and brown, and she ties it into a ponytail leaving her rema
