Whispering Spell is an Effect in Toffee's Villain deck. It's one of the key components of his win condition. Usually Toffee wins the game when this card is played. If the conditions are met when played, the game ends and Toffee wins. If not, the second part of the card takes place. Whispering Spell can't be played if Butterfly Wand is not in Toffee's Realm.
