A-3 is an entity that will appear at it's following room. It's basically the eye of the rooms A-3 appears to be a purple and scribbled singular eye, Jittering at a fast speed. It is followed by an abnormally large pupil. You can survive A-3 by looking away from it. Like said, it is the 'eye of the rooms' and can deal 5 or 10 damage if you look at it.
